Trump Can’t Stop Lying

Yesterday, the House Intelligence Committee questioned both National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers and FBI Director James Comey regarding Russian efforts to influence 2016 presidential election.

The five-hour hearing answered two important questions. First, we now know the FBI is actively investigating allegations that members of President Trump’s 2016 Campaign team actively worked with the Russians to undermine Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

“We’re investigating whether there was any coordination between people associated with the Trump campaign and the Russians,” Comey said.

And secondly, there is absolutely no evidence to support Mr. Trump’s accusations that President Obama wiretapped Trump Towers prior to the 2016 elections.

“The FBI and the Justice Department have no information to support’’ Mr. Trump’s wiretap accusations, Comey said.

At this point, the media needs to stop calling Mr. Trump’s statements unsubstantiated claims. They are lies. He isn’t some college bro lying to his buddies about getting laid. He is the President of the United States lying about all types of petty bullshit.

Mr. Trump has always had a truth problem. And it isn’t like his fucktard voters didn’t know it.  During the 2016 campaign, PolitiFact found 70 percent of Trump’s campaign statements to be complete false. Think about that for a moment. Seven out of every ten thing he said were complete and total bullshit.

But when called out on his truth dodging fuckary, Mr Trump just keeps repeating the same bullshit lie over and over again. It is like he thinks that through sheer repetition, his bullshit will magically be transformed into truth.

And he then attacks those who call him out for his bullshit.

Donald Trump is a man with absolutely no integrity. He is a man that can’t be trusted. He is a man that will do and say whatever he thinks gets him what he wants.

And he is also the President of the United States.

Wire Tap Tweets

In a series of early Saturday morning tweets, President Donald Trump accused former President Obama of wiretapping his Trump Tower phones prior to the November 2016 elections. The problem is, Mr. Trump has offered no evidence to support his accusations.

An even bigger problem is the timing of the tweets. Not the timing regarding the very real possibility Trump’s campaign worked with the Russians to win the election. I mean the actual time Mr. Trump’s tweets were sent.

3:35 AM: “Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!”

3:49 AM: “Is it legal for a sitting President to be “wire tapping” a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!”

3:52 AM: “I’d bet a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!”

4:02 AM: “How low has President Obama gone to tapp [sic] my phones during the very sacred election process,” Trump wrote. “This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!”

The President of the United is wandering around the White House in the middle of the night rage tweeting.  And he has a habit of making crazy middle of the night tweets.

It appears Mr. Trump pulled this story from Brietbart News, a far-right news organization. In February Mr. Trump referred terror attack in Sweden. The President was referring to an exchange between Fox News dick bag Tucker Carlson and documentary journalist Ami Horowitz. Mr. Horowitz, himself accused of misleading journalistic editing practices, claimed the Swedish government covers up violent crimes committed by Middle Eastern migrants.

Donald Trump is the leader of the free world, which includes a second-to-none intelligence apparatus. So why do his briefings consist of FOX News and Brietbart? If it didn’t show the undisciplined political and emotional bubble Mr. Trump lives in, it would be funny. Instead, it is just scary.

And for the record, a spokesman for Mr. Obama denied the  allegations.
